The SpeedFactory “Street” Side Inlet/Outlet Intercooler is built with a high quality 3.0″ thick SpeedFactory Air-to-Air Intercooler Core, featuring bar and plate construction with a very specific staggered fin combination engineered to achieve maximum cooling efficiency while minimizing pressure drop. Our custom engineered end tanks are carefully hand-formed in house from H-3 5052 aluminum and are fully TIG welded.
This intercooler comes standard with 2.5″ inlet / 2.5″ outlet bead rolled tube ends. All of our intercoolers ship complete with the SpeedFactory logo stenciled on the face of the core and come with 8×1.25mm aluminum mounting bungs already attached for easy installation. This breather setup is engineered to provide the sufficient crankcase ventilation your high-performance engine needs, and also condenses crankcase blow-by oil and moisture correctly. The factory PCV system is replaced and all oil vapors are vented to the atmosphere through the laser cut logo. The integrated coolant overflow tank saves precious engine bay space and replaces the unsightly factory plastic unit. Our catch cans are CAD designed and CNC press punched using the latest state of the art technology. The catch can and all billet fittings are professionally TIG welded to top off that ultra clean look, and each unit ships with an aluminum mounting bracket attached for ease of installation. This catch can occupies the factory battery and fuse box location on 92-00 Honda Civic and 94-01 Acura Integra. This kit includes: (1) catch can with filter and breather plate, Billet SpeedFactory removable coolant reservoir cap, (2) -10AN weld fittings on the upper left side, (2) -10AN weld fittings on the lower left side, and (2) 1/8"NPT female weld bungs (for coolant overflow hose from radiator cap and vent tube). Catch Can Dimensions: 10" L x 5" W x 8" H||The SpeedFactory Billet B-Series Breather Port Plug was designed specifically for use on Honda/Acura B-Series engines to block off the OEM "black box" breather port.
This allows you to utilize the (2) M28 threaded holes on the back of the engine block for your aftermarket oil catch can/breather system, resulting in the proper crankcase ventilation your high-performance engine needs.
||Commonly known performance issues with OEM Honda/Acura distributor igniters at higher power levels cause many people to convert to more reliable COP (coil on plug) style ignition systems, and the SpeedFactory Racing B-Series VTEC Coil On Plug Adapter Plate is necessary for those making the switch. Our black anodized, CNC-machined billet aluminum plate will perfectly fit atop your B-Series VTEC valve cover to adapt OEM fitment K-Series ignition coils to your engine. We strongly recommend choosing the OEM Denso Ignition Coil option for best results. Combo Kit Information: The SpeedFactory Billet Distributor Cap Delete was developed for COP-converted Honda/Acura engine setups utilizing the factory internal distributor sensors. Our cap delete fits the following applications: 1992-2000 Honda Civic (all D15/D16 engines) 1999-2000 Honda Civic Si (B16A2 engine) 1994-1997 Honda Delsol Si VTEC (B16A3 engine) 1992-1996 Honda Prelude Si (H22 / H23 engines) 1993-2001 Honda Prelude VTEC (all models) 1990-2001 Acura Integra LS/RS/GS/GS-R (all B18A/B/C engines) This cap delete is CNC machined from billet aluminum, and comes in a high quality black anodized finish. Hondata Coil Pack Retrofit System The Hondata Coil Pack Retrofit (CPR) allows the use of 'coil on plug' individual ignition coils on engines with distributor-based ignition systems (D, B, F and H series Honda engines). It does this by replacing the stock coil and ignition with an electronic circuit which can drive igniter type individual ignition coils, such as used on later model Honda engines. Skunk2’s Pro Series Intake Manifold for Honda's B-series VTEC engines (non-GS-R) features a larger plenum and oversized runners when compared to the ITR manifold for maximum horsepower and torque gains. Instead of producing a manifold with a significantly oversized plenum and excessively short runners that would sacrifice mid-range power, the Pro Series manifold was designed for the “street enthusiast” who wants more power but doesn’t want to sacrifice mid-range performance to get it. The results are improved airflow, an enhanced venturi effect, and both mid-range and top-end power gains. Skunk2’s cast-aluminum Pro Series Intake Manifolds for Honda’s B-series engines are a direct-fit replacement for all B-series engines thanks to three separate flange designs and are compatible with all factory sensors and throttle bodies as large as 75mm. Pro Series Intake Manifolds offer horsepower and torque gains greater than competitors’ manifolds but without compromising mid-range power output.
