Description

We are proud to introduce the SpeedFactory Racing 3″ Stainless Steel Mandrel Bent Exhaust Piping Kit! A simple and affordable high-performance exhaust piping kit that fits all the most common FWD Honda/Acura applications, done just the way we like.

Due to the many differences in each customer’s car and setup, some welding and fabrication is always needed to get a performance exhaust system to fit just right on that specific car. This kit allows you the freedom of designing a custom exhaust system using high-quality mandrel bent tubing with the most difficult parts (the bends and routing) already done for you, making the task of making a custom exhaust system very easy. Our T304 Stainless Steel tubing has extra deep 5” long slip joints that allow the installer a large range of adjustment. Use any center/center inlet and outlet muffler(s) or resonator(s) you choose and design your own custom exhaust system that follows the OEM path and suits your build’s needs.

SFR kit uses no aggravating or leaky flanges or clamps either – Simply weld the slip joints and hangers in position and enjoy precise placement of your exhaust system without the unwanted shifting, movement, and exhaust leaks that commonly end up occurring when using flanges and/or clamps. Included are (5) stainless steel 3/8” diameter hangers that are fitted with an oversized 1/2” stainless sleeve to provide a tight fit inside your OEM rubber exhaust hanger insulators, keeping things firmly in position better than the loose-fitting original design.

**Note: Aftermarket rear sway bars and rear subframe braces may affect fitment in some cases.**

Our black anodized, CNC-machined billet aluminum plate will perfectly fit atop your B-Series VTEC valve cover to adapt OEM fitment K-Series ignition coils to your engine. We strongly recommend choosing the OEM Denso Ignition Coil option for best results. Combo Kit Information: The SpeedFactory Billet Distributor Cap Delete was developed for COP-converted Honda/Acura engine setups utilizing the factory internal distributor sensors. Our cap delete fits the following applications: 1992-2000 Honda Civic (all D15/D16 engines) 1999-2000 Honda Civic Si (B16A2 engine) 1994-1997 Honda Delsol Si VTEC (B16A3 engine) 1992-1996 Honda Prelude Si (H22 / H23 engines) 1993-2001 Honda Prelude VTEC (all models) 1990-2001 Acura Integra LS/RS/GS/GS-R (all B18A/B/C engines) This cap delete is CNC machined from billet aluminum, and comes in a high quality black anodized finish. This is designed to fit perfectly on OEM distributors only, aftermarket distributors can have slightly different fitment. Hondata Coil Pack Retrofit System The Hondata Coil Pack Retrofit (CPR) allows the use of 'coil on plug' individual ignition coils on engines with distributor-based ignition systems (D, B, F and H series Honda engines). It does this by replacing the stock coil and ignition with an electronic circuit which can drive igniter type individual ignition coils, such as used on later model Honda engines. A Hondata S300 system and US OBDI ECU are required. The Ultra Series is years of research and development, culminated in a multi-piece cast aluminum intake manifold that offers advantages that only a modular design could allow. Using the latest in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software; Skunk2 Racing has created a two-piece modular design that allows for easy disassembly, porting, and plenum volume changes through the use of a removable plenum lid and optional plenum spacers. In addition to CFD testing, the Ultra Series Intake Manifold has undergone extensive in-house dyno testing which has led to a design that is less restrictive, yielding both torque and power gains well over many of the competitors. Skunk2 Racing Ultra Street Intake Manifolds are cast-aluminum, manufactured from high-grade 356 aluminum alloy for strength and lightweight. Each manifold is CNC-machined for a precise fit, and individually inspected for quality assurance. The Ultra Series Street manifold features a generous 74mm throttle body opening and is constructed with thick walls at entry, minimizing concerns of breakthrough when port matching. Intense planning and design went into the plenum to distribute even airflow to all four cylinders under dynamic load conditions. Placement and design of the velocity stacks were rigorously flow tested to ensure maximum delivery of air to the cylinder.
