Description
The SpeedFactory Billet B-Series Breather Port Plug was designed specifically for use on Honda/Acura B-Series engines to block off the OEM “black box” breather port.
This allows you to utilize the (2) M28 threaded holes on the back of the engine block for your aftermarket oil catch can/breather system, resulting in the proper crankcase ventilation your high-performance engine needs.

Installation Notes: We recommend thoroughly cleaning the port in the block and the plug with brake parts cleaner prior to installation, and then liberally coating it with Honda Bond or Permatex Ultra Grey and allowing it to cure for 24hrs before use. This will act both as lubricant to facilitate installation and then will setup and bond the plug into the block so that it does not blow out in the case of abnormally high crankcase pressures such as during the event of a piston failure.

| The SpeedFactory Racing Right Hand Drive Angled Oil Catch Can with built in Coolant Overflow Tank is specifically designed for forced induction and heavily modified naturally aspirated engines. This breather setup is engineered to provide the sufficient crankcase ventilation your high-performance engine needs, and also condenses crankcase blow-by oil and moisture correctly. The factory PCV system is replaced, and all oil vapors are vented to the atmosphere through the laser cut logo. The integrated coolant overflow tank saves precious engine bay space and replaces the unsightly factory plastic unit. Our catch cans are CAD designed and CNC press punched using the latest state of the art technology. The catch can and all billet fittings are professionally TIG welded to top off that ultra clean look, and each unit ships with an aluminum mounting bracket attached for ease of installation. This catch can mount cleanly in the factory battery and fuse box location on RHD 92-00 Honda Civic and RHD 94-01 Acura Integra. This kit includes: (1) catch can with filter and breather plate, removable Billet SpeedFactory coolant reservoir cap, (2) -10AN weld fittings on the upper side, (2) -10AN weld fittings on the lower side, and (2) 1/8"NPT female weld bungs ( One for coolant overflow hose from radiator cap (Bottom) and 1 vent (top). Catch Can Dimensions: 10" L x 5" W x 8" H | Commonly known performance issues with OEM Honda/Acura distributor igniters at higher power levels cause many people to convert to more reliable COP (coil on plug) style ignition systems, and the SpeedFactory Racing B-Series VTEC Coil On Plug Adapter Plate is necessary for those making the switch. Hondata Coil Pack Retrofit System The Hondata Coil Pack Retrofit (CPR) allows the use of 'coil on plug' individual ignition coils on engines with distributor-based ignition systems (D, B, F and H series Honda engines). It does this by replacing the stock coil and ignition with an electronic circuit which can drive igniter type individual ignition coils, such as used on later model Honda engines. The Composite Fuel Rail insulates fuel from both radiant and conductive heat transfer underneath the hood better than aluminum, resulting in increased horsepower and torque.
