|Content||Our Firewall Grommet is designed specifically for our engine harness (KTH-ENG-306) as a clean and simple way of putting the harness through your firewall. It has an inside hole size of 0.65" that can be used to pass anything that size or smaller through the firewall or other location. If you are using KTH-ENG-204 (Engine Harness w/Integrated Power Wire) you will have to open the hole up slightly to clear the larger harness.
Start by putting put painters tape on the area that you are working on. The tape will allow you to mark the area as needed and will also help keep your paint from being scratched. Also be sure you have selected an area with room for a drill to be used. Determine the minimum size hole needed to pass your item through the firewall, (What is the largest piece that must go through) make sure it is smaller than the outside dimensions of the grommet (1.25" is maximum hole size recommended). When drilling is complete, you can remove the remaining tape. If you are using the grommet for a harness, we suggest that you put the largest connectors through the hole first and work down to the smallest. Note that the black junction cover must be removed to fit it through the hole. Once the harness is through the firewall, you can install the first piece on the front and jam nut on the back. Now center the grommet and ensure it is covering the hole cleanly. Finish by installing the second piece of the front plate using the two small allen head bolts.

Skunk2’s Composite Fuel Rails are compatible with the factory fuel system, as well as all pump and race fuels, including alcohol. The Skunk2 Composite Fuel Rail can support up to 1,200hp, with gains as high as three percent realized during testing.||Skunk2's engineers looked to the popular '06-'10 Civic Si’s RBC intake manifold for inspiration when developing our Pro Series Intake Manifold for the '02-'05 Civic Si and '02-'06 RSX/ RSX Type S, and/ or any swap using the K20A/ K20A2/ K20Z1/ K24A1 engines or cylinder heads and we are happy to say they have finally arrived! Each of Skunk2’s Pro Series Intake Manifolds for Honda’s K-series engines feature larger plenums and shorter, oversized runners when compared to the RBC, and are cast with thicker wall material, leaving room for further porting for high-horsepower applications. Instead of producing a manifold with a significantly oversized plenum and excessively short runners that would sacrifice mid-range power, Pro Series manifolds were designed for the “street enthusiast” who wants more power but doesn’t want to sacrifice mid-range performance to get it. The results are improved airflow, an enhanced venturi effect, and both mid-range and top-end power gains. Skunk2’s all-new, cast-aluminum Pro Series Intake Manifolds for Honda’s K-series engines are a direct-fit replacement for all K-series engines (excluding '06-'10 Civic Si) thanks to their unique, patent-pending water neck designs and throttle body flanges, which are compatible with OEM throttle bodies as well as those as large as 76mm. The special water neck designs eliminate the cutting that would otherwise be involved with some RBC applications and the supplied thermal-insulated intake manifold gasket makes for a truly bolt-on installation (no drilling or modifying required). Pro Series manifolds also incorporate an angled-runner design, which allows for ample hood clearance on ’88-’00 Civics and ’90-’01 Integras with K-series engine swaps, as well as additional core support clearance on ’02-’05 Civic Sis. Pro Series Intake Manifolds offer horsepower and torque gains greater than the popular RBC manifold but without compromising mid-range power output. The design incorporates runners that are similar in length to the RBC’s but with larger bores, a special tapered design, as well as a larger, tapered plenum that together preserve mid-range power but increase and accelerate airflow to allow for significant top-end power gains. Pro Series Intake Manifold runner exits are also machined and hand-finished to best match the cylinder head’s ports.
